I love this backpack--it\'s so unique and looks as good in person as it does online. I\'ve been getting comments on it ever since I started using it. I work at a university, but I don\'t want to look like a student while carrying may laptop around. I didn\'t fill in the Web order form properly, so I contacted BagYou to correct it, and they did cheerfully and promptly, not only emailing me but calling as well to assure me things we alright. I really appreciate that kind of service. Thanks!
